Meet the Team

Tia Stoller

Tia Stoller

Chief Creative Director

  • When she graduated from Art Center College of Design in 1987, Tia gave a rousing valedictory speech inspiring her classmates to “Jump” in the vein of Van Halen. That’s exactly what Tia did, establishing Stoller Design Group later that year. Behind Tia’s leadership, SDG has become an award-winning studio, making the transition from typesetting to floppy disc to digital, ever keeping an eye on the future. For 15 years, Tia taught graphic design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

Tia is an avid mountain climber, yogini, and skier.

Dionne Anciano

Dionne Anciano

Design Director

  • Stoller Design’s resident queen of color, Dionne is a graduate of the Academy of Art University. Combining design excellence with an extraordinary sense of color and style, she has a voice in everything we do. Dionne has recently put those skills to the test for Kaiser Permanente’s Union Delegate Conference, designing a series of colorful and inspiring graphics and t-shirts for attendees. She’s an experienced multi-disciplinary designer with exceptional technical knowledge, giving SDG an edge in providing multimedia solutions for our clients.

When she’s not tearing through color palettes, Dionne loves spending time with her husband and young daughter, and dominating the cooking competition at our weekly potluck.

Adisti Soedarsono

Adisti Soedarsono

Senior Designer

  • A graduate of the University of Oregon’s multimedia program, Adisti lends her lightning speed design skills to both web and print projects. Hailing from Indonesia, she provides a unique perspective to the group both as illustrator and designer. Adisti’s whimsy and vinegar made her a perfect fit to design ODC/Dance’s production of The Velveteen Rabbit, which combined production photography with vivid illustrations used in posters, programs, and advertisements. Even when she’s racing to finish a deadline, Adisti always keeps us laughing.

Outside of the office, Adisti is a multitasking new mom who balances her passions for running, shopping, and eating ice cream, and on a few occasions, manages to do all of those activities at once.

Travis Retter

Travis Retter

Senior Designer

  • With a design degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Travis brings a fresh eye to SDG. It’s hard to know where to start on the endless list of Travis’ talents: he’s a conceptual wizard with a keen sense of style and an incredible eye for detail. Those skills have helped SDG win numerous awards, for his designs of Christmas-themed beer coasters and wrapping paper, as well as the infographic brochures he’s produced for U.C. Berkeley Law School.

After he clocks out from the office, Travis enjoys hitting the slopes of Tahoe on his snowboard, skateboarding, and relaxing with his wife, son, and dog.
